The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a clean room equipped with all the necessary amenities and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, being close to the city and immigration checkpoint, while still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff, especially Roger and Gan, provided excellent hospitality and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The presence of cute pets like Beza and Kiwi added an extra touch of warmth and joy.

Booked a room with many beds. Fairly friendly and superfriendly staff, everything was GOOD. Location: the hotel was just off Malaysia by mrt and bus, downtown and the bus station. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Zz Sup Tulang Restaurant that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

The location of this guesthouse is ideal, as it is surrounded by plenty of Malay and Indian restaurants, making it easy to find delicious local cuisine within walking distance. it is conveniently located in the center, offering easy access to the city center and its attractions. Guests can enjoy exploring the traditional village-like area and experiencing the local culture.

Some guests may find the smell of smoke unpleasant, as it is allowed only at the front gate. However, overall, the guesthouse provides a clean and perfect environment for a peaceful and casual trip.

Our family had an amazing time staying at Memory Guesthouse Jb. The staff, Gan and Roger, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations on places to visit in the area. The guesthouse had a simple and cozy vibe, perfect for winding down with our children. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets for us to charge our devices. The kitchen and BBQ area were a great addition, allowing us to have family meals together. Despite being a budget accommodation, the guesthouse provided free coffee and tea, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My wife says that the guesthouse could benefit from having a playground or some outdoor activities for children.

The rooms were brand-new and tidy with many beds, you feel like home. The central location and enthusiastic staff were the highlight of this excellent stay. I came across Awa Mee Bar, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, offered nice shots...

We had a great stay at Memory Guesthouse Jb. The location may be a bit far from the city center, but we enjoyed the calm and quiet surroundings. i had really good days staying at this budget hotel. it was clean place, staff were very helpful and best, and i really enjoyed my brand-new room. the location was comfy and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere i wanted to go. the venue was placed 19 miles away from the airport. there was a huge variety of tasty meals.

We stayed 4 nights and felt like we were on holiday in a friend's summer house. The location is good and the budget-style accommodation served our needs right. The place was clean and had facilities like a kitchen, big fridge, and washing machine. The owners, Roger and Allan, were extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel like part of their family. It is an excellent place for budget travelers and backpackers.

The rooms at Memory Guesthouse JB were cozy and comfortable. I loved the shared bathroom with a bidet, as it made me feel like I was in a luxurious hotel. The bed linen provided was clean and fresh, ensuring a good night's sleep. The towels provided were also a nice touch.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shared bathroom concept. However, I understand that others may enjoy the social aspect of it.
